Bruno Liljefors (14 May 1860 – 18 December 1939)

Bruno Liljefors, Hunter with Dog 1891.

Bruno Liljefors was a Swedish animal painter, the older brother
of the composer Ruben Liljefors. All his life Liljefors was engaged in
hunting, the theme of which occupies no small place in his
paintings. In addition to hunting and animals he painted
landscapes and portraits.
