James Ferrier Pryde (30 March 1866 – 24 February 1941)

James Ferrier Pryde, The Monument 1917.

James Ferrier Pryde was a British artist and poster designer. He was a 
member of the International Society of Sculptors, Painters and Gravers. In 
1893 he and the artist William Nicholson formed the Beggarstaff 
partnership, which produced innovative poster and sign designs.
